Free Candy #4 - May 04
It was our Showbiz Spectacular, so we dressed like extras from Designing Women.
Our first guest was Todd Schaefer, local actor & costume designer, of Washington Avenue Players Project.
We roped Todd into reenacting the scene he and Julia shared in an industrial film about diabetes.
And things quickly got out of control.
Beatle Bob was there. Does that mean we've arrived? He left half way. Does that mean we've arrived?
The Sugardaddies dazzled iwth guest bassist Lynn Josse.
Todd, for one, was riveted.
Our next guest, Jason McClelland, made his film debut as an extra in The Outsiders.
Here he points out how he doesn't appear on the box for the movie.
Jason walks us through his "blink and you'll miss it" big line.
But, clearly, neither Julia or Amanda is impressed.
Dressed like a couple o' tramps, a cat fight was bound to break out.
It's showbiz, people. Looks are everything. Which might explain why we're not famous.
Colorful in so many ways, Ed Reggi - St. Louis' improv king - talks about his adventures in the Philippines.
He wowed us with tales of international comedy...
...and said something about his feet, which are large. Very large.
Normally, you'd have to pay big money for a couch full of such good lookin' men. But with Free Candy, it's all FREE, babeee.
